Develops, leads, participates in, and evaluates professional learning for teachers and the larger professional community to support on-going teacher learning (e.g. theories of learning, developmental growth models, cycle of continuous improvement, resources & technology, management, innovative practices, use of data to improve instruction, self-directed learning, lesson study, and/or microteaching).
