MTDS Beginning Teacher Assistance Program A (BTAP A)  Five-day program designed specifically for the first-year teacher.  Upon completion, this program meets all certification requirements.

MTDS Beginning Teacher Assistance Program B (BTAP B)  Five-day program designed for teachers who need or desire additional support.  Includes a one-day training session with Dr. Mike Rutherford.

MTDS Designing for Engagement and Critical Thinking  Pilot Program 2022-23 Five-day program designed for teachers who are interested in learning how to create enhanced lesson design around engagement and critical thinking.  Offered exclusively at the Northeast RPDC, however, anyone interested may enroll regardless of where you are located.

MTDS Teacher Academy (TA)  Started in 1995, the Teacher Academy is DESE's premier teacher development opportunity.  In TA, teachers will engage in action research centered around their personal classroom with guidance from Dr. John Antonetti. TA is an eight-day program including two state-wide meeting days with Dr. Antonetti.

MTDS Teacher Academy Graduates (TAG)  Five-day program including one state-wide meeting day with Dr. Antonetti.  TAG is for teachers who have completed TA and want to expand on their learning.

MTDS Mastering: Facilitating Self-Directed Learning Pilot Program 2022-23  Four-day program for teachers who want to enhance student collaboration in their classrooms. Offered exclusively at the Northwest RPDC, however, anyone interested may enroll regardless of where you are located.

MTDS Mastering: Foundations of Coaching and Mentoring  Five-day program for teachers who will be mentoring/coaching first-year teachers. 

MTDS Mastering: Professional Development Committee  One-day program for District Professional Development Committees for training on PDC standards, state law, and other new information regarding professional development. (Not offered in the EdPlus region)

MTDS Mastering: Serving within the District Pilot Program for 2022-23  Four-day program for teachers who are interested in developing skills for leadership opportunities in the district.  For EdPlus members, this will include the one-day Professional Development Committee training.  Offered exclusively at the EdPlus Center, however, anyone interested may enroll regardless of where you are located.

MTDS Leading: Teacher Advocates Pilot Program for 2022-23  Five-day program for teachers who want to advocate for the profession on Capitol Hill. One day will be meeting with state legislators in the spring.  Offered exclusively at the Heart of Missouri RPDC, however, anyone interested may enroll regardless of where you are located.​
